It offers friendly service. Great and magnificent setting, it's next to the Courtyard Coffee shop and Union Square and Knob Hill as well as the Tenderloin.

Booked the room with my kid for 2 nights and had a such great stay. Also, location was great and excellent, at walking distance from an interactive museum. Besides, I were really close to Tenderloin, and the center of downtown San Francisco. This place was ideal for my purposes, do recommend.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - ease of access to The Magazine. The hotel itself was in a safe area, close to Union Square, 5 blocks away as well as shops.

It boasts great location close to more stores and the cable car, and union square & tram stop. Plus, it is set 2 miles from Ferry Building Market.

The staff team was very nice at any time. The room was brand-new and modern, complete with big windows and air condition, for example.

The food was good, drinks were cool. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was pretty nice. It was in a central location, in a great neighbourhood.

The value I got for my money at the hotel was great, with clean and modern rooms. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Union Square and Chinatown. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent guidance.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more options.

The hotel is conveniently located near San Francisco's Union Square and the financial district. There is a local fast food option, Milan Pizza, just a 5-minute walk away. The king room we stayed in was in good condition and all the facilities worked perfectly for us.
